LUSoM KS4 Extend

This programme is designed for high-ability KS4 students who have a passion and interest for mathematics and want to go beyond their normal lessons. The sessions will cover material which is not on the GCSE syllabus and will show you some of the incredible uses that mathematics can have once you take it at a higher level.

Extend will take place once a month from September to March (excluding December) at LUSoM, for 1.5 hours. We will tackle mathematics in completely new contexts and so develop your problem-solving techniques and your breadth of mathematical knowledge

Students last year agreed that these sessions helped in developing mathematical thinking, increase the depth of understanding and improved presentation skills.

LUSoM Year 11 Maths Revise

LUSoM Maths Revise is a 10 week lecture program designed to aid the start of your Year 11 GCSE Maths revision.

These sessions will run online, every Tuesday from the 1st October till the 10th December (excluding October half term).
